Job Description
The Global Paid Social Media Specialist will play a key role in driving the success of company's commercial social media efforts. We are looking for someone who has a strong point of view on current paid trends, experience developing and executing lead generation paid campaigns, and someone that enjoys diving into data. The core accountabilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Planning and executing global social media campaigns across LinkedIn.
- Managing company's paid tools and analytics platforms to ensure reporting is accurate and telling a compelling story
- Creating and producing engaging ad creatives
- Working with cross-functional teams to drive commercial growth and efficiency.
- Building strong relationships with key contacts across social networks
- Focusing on innovation and keeping the broader social media team updated on latest paid social media trends
YOU’RE GOOD AT
You are an experienced paid social media expert who is curious and always up-to-date on the latest media planning and buying trends, new ad formats, tools and technologies. You are highly organized and detail oriented, and you are obsessed with optimization, AB testing and generating the best possible results for your campaigns. You are a self-starter who can work well independently, but also collaborates well in team environments.
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
- 3-5 years social media planning and/or buying experience (agency or in-house)
- Proven record executing and optimizing lead generation campaigns on LinkedIn
- Self-starter who has the drive to build and grow a program
- Experience working in/with third party social media tools (we use Sprinklr) and creative design tools
- Confident communicator and stakeholder manager
- Highly proficient in excel, analytics tools and customized reporting
- Experienced creative
