Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all branch operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve branch sales targets
- Recruit, train, and mentor branch staff to enhance performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management
- Foster a positive and productive work environment for all employees
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the insurance industry
- Strong understanding of life insurance products and market dynamics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in managing teams and driving performance
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the insurance sector
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field is preferred
