UKG Pro / Kronos WFM Functional Consultant

We are looking for an experienced UKG Pro / Kronos WFM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in implementing and configuring Workforce Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with UKG Pro, Workforce Dimensions, or Kronos Workforce Central, along with a solid understanding of workforce management processes and system integrations.

• Lead end-to-end UKG Pro implementation and configuration projects.
• Configure and support Timekeeping, Attendance, Accruals, Scheduling, and Advanced Scheduling modules.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable UKG Pro solutions.
• Design and implement workflows, business rules, and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend best-fit solutions.
• Support integration of UKG Pro with enterprise applications using Dell Boomi.
• Participate in Workforce Central (WFC) to Workforce Dimensions (WFD) implementation and migration projects.
• Configure workforce management components, including Pay Rules, Work Rules, Labor Level Transfers, Adjustment Rules, Wages, Exceptions, Holiday Profiles, and Holiday Credit Rules.
• Develop and support interfaces using Dell Boomi and troubleshoot integration issues.
• Work with SQL/PL SQL to support interface development and data validation.
• Prepare technical documentation, conduct knowledge transfer sessions, and provide end-user training.
• Support UAT, go-live activities, and post-production issue resolution.

• 8–10 years of experience in UKG Pro, UKG Workforce Dimensions, or Kronos Workforce Management.
• Hands-on experience in UKG implementation and configuration projects.
• Strong knowledge of Timekeeping, Attendance, Scheduling, Accruals, and Advanced Scheduling.
• Experience in WFC to WFD migrations.
• Expertise in Dell Boomi integrations.
• Good knowledge of SQL and PL SQL.
• Strong understanding of workforce management processes and HR/payroll concepts.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with Analytics, Global Time Off, Attestation, Activities, and Devices modules.
• Dell Boomi Certification.
• Experience working in global implementation projects.
