Position Overview:

We are looking for a PSA (Professional Services Automation) Admin with strong integration expertise to manage, configure, and optimize PSA platforms (e.g., Replicon, Kantata, Mavenlink, FinancialForce) while building and maintaining integrations with upstream/downstream systems such as CRM, ERP, HRMS, and finance platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and configure PSA tools - resource management, project/time tracking, billing, and reporting modules.
• Design, build, and maintain integrations between the PSA platform and systems like Salesforce, NetSuite, QuickBooks, Workday, ADP, or similar.
• Troubleshoot integration failures, data sync issues, and API-level errors across connected systems.
• Work with APIs (REST/SOAP), middleware, or iPaaS tools (e.g., Workato, Zapier, Mulesoft, Boomi) to automate data flow.
• Partner with Finance, Delivery, and Sales Ops teams to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations.
• Manage user roles, permissions, workflows, and approval hierarchies within the PSA system.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and reporting to ensure accuracy across integrated systems.
• Document configurations, integration architecture, and standard operating procedures.
• Support UAT, testing, and rollout of new PSA features or integration enhancements.

Required Skills

• 5-7 Years hands-on experience administering a PSA tool (Replicon, Kantata, Rocketlane, Asana, Monday.com, FinancialForce PSA, Mavenlink, or similar).
• Solid understanding of API-based integrations (REST/SOAP), webhooks, and data mapping.
• Experience with at least one iPaaS/middleware tool (Workato, Mulesoft, Boomi, Zapier, or similar) is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce) and Finance/ERP systems (NetSuite, QuickBooks) from an integration standpoint.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for resolving data sync and integration issues.
• Basic SQL or data query skills for validation and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a SaaS or professional services environment.
• Exposure to project/resource management workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
