UI/UX Designer Lead

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Design Lead to drive branding, UI/UX, and creative direction across digital platforms and marketing initiatives. This role requires a strong balance of creative vision, business understanding, and leadership capability.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience leading design teams, handling client-facing projects, and delivering impactful design solutions aligned with business goals.

Experience

• 6+ Years (Leadership experience is mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

Branding & Creative Strategy

• Lead end-to-end brand identity development including logos, visual systems, typography, and brand guidelines
• Define and maintain consistent brand experiences across all digital and marketing touchpoints
• Drive creative direction for campaigns, products, and brand communication

UI/UX & Product Design

• Lead UI/UX design initiatives for websites, web applications, and digital products
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and high-fidelity designs
• Collaborate closely with development teams for seamless implementation
• Ensure responsive and user-centric design standards

Digital & Marketing Creatives

• Oversee social media creatives, ad creatives, and marketing design assets
• Align creative output with brand positioning and performance marketing goals
• Bring innovative, trend-driven ideas into the design process

Presentation & Business Communication Design

• Design professional pitch decks, investor presentations, and corporate presentations
• Translate complex business concepts into visually compelling storytelling formats

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage junior and mid-level designers
• Review design quality and ensure consistency across projects
• Manage design workflows, timelines, and project delivery
• Coordinate with stakeholders and leadership teams on creative strategy

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with business, marketing, product, and technology teams
• Convert business requirements into scalable design solutions
• Act as a strategic bridge between design execution and business objectives
