We are looking for a skilled and creatively driven Graphic Designer with a strong art and design background, relevant agency experience and an impressive portfolio of work.


Role Overview

As a Graphic Designer at The Brand Bee, you will create visually compelling communication across digital, social media and print platforms.

You will collaborate with strategists, copywriters, account managers, social media managers, performance marketers and video editors to develop designs that align with brand identities, campaign objectives and marketing goals.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of visual design fundamentals, excellent execution skills and the ability to translate strategic briefs into impactful creative solutions.


Essential Requirements

Candidates must have:

  • 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Prior experience working in a digital marketing, advertising or creative agency.
  • A formal art or design background, preferably in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Applied Arts, Fine Arts or a related discipline.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
  • A strong and updated portfolio is mandatory. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design engaging creatives for social media, digital campaigns, websites, presentations, branding projects and print communication.
  • Create static posts, carousels, infographics, banners, digital advertisements, brochures, pitch decks and other marketing collateral.
  • Translate creative briefs, campaign strategies and brand objectives into impactful visual concepts.
  • Maintain visual consistency across client and internal brand communication.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, account managers, social media managers, performance marketers and video editors.
  • Develop creative concepts for product launches, festive campaigns, events and integrated marketing initiatives.
  • Adapt master creatives across multiple platforms, formats and dimensions.
  • Prepare accurate production-ready and print-ready artwork for offline communication.
  • Revise and optimise designs based on internal and client feedback while maintaining creative quality.
  • Organise and maintain design assets, editable files, templates and brand guidelines.
  • Stay updated with current design trends, typography, colour theory and emerging creative practices.
  • Manage multiple brands and projects while meeting quality standards and deadlines.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Applied Arts, Fine Arts or a related creative discipline.
  • 2–4 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Demonstrated experience working in an advertising, digital marketing or creative agency environment.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, composition and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to create designs optimised for different social media and digital platforms.
  • Strong conceptualisation and visual storytelling abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and consistency.
  • Strong communication, collaboration and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • A portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, conceptual thinking and execution quality is compulsory.


Optional Skills:

The following skills are beneficial but not mandatory:

  • Figma
  • Canva
  • Adobe InDesign
  • Basic motion graphics or Adobe After Effects
  • AI-powered creative tools for design ideation and workflow optimisation
  • Basic understanding of UI design principles

A relevant and updated design portfolio must be submitted along with the application.

The portfolio should ideally demonstrate:

  • Social media and digital campaign design
  • Branding and visual identity work
  • Typography and layout skills
  • Advertising creatives
  • Conceptual thinking
  • Adaptability across brands and industries
