UI/UX Designer

Meey Finance Project, we're looking for a passionate UI/UX Designer to help shape intuitive, modern, and user-centric digital experiences across our Web platform, Mobile App, and internal management systems.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with Product Owners (POs) and Business Analysts (BAs) to understand business requirements, user personas, user journeys, pain points, and product objectives.
• Research and benchmark products in FinTech, PropTech, digital banking, investment, and real estate to propose effective UX/UI solutions.
• Design user flows and interface states, including loading, empty, error, success, onboarding, authentication, authorization, and exception scenarios to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Create visually appealing, responsive interfaces with consistent layouts, typography, colors, icons, spacing, and design elements aligned with the company's Design System and brand guidelines.
• Build, maintain, and continuously improve the Design System, Component Library, Style Guide, Icon Set, and reusable templates in Figma.
• Conduct UI/UX reviews after development in Development and UAT environments, identify interface issues, and work closely with developers to ensure design quality before product release.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Front-end, Back-end, Mobile Developers, QA/Testers, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to ensure the final product delivers the intended user experience.
• Perform other UI/UX design tasks as assigned by the Project Manager.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Prototyping, Design Systems, and Developer Handoff.
• Experience with FigJam, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or other supporting design tools is a plus.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, spacing, color systems, iconography, responsive design, and basic accessibility principles.
• Ability to create User Flows, Wireframes, Prototypes, Information Architecture, User Journeys, and conduct basic usability testing.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum software development processes and product development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools such as ChatGPT, Figma AI, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Uizard, Galileo, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
