Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer who is passionate about designing intuitive, visually appealing digital experiences.
The ideal candidate has strong expertise in modern design tools and a deep understanding of pixel-perfect UI for both mobile and web platforms.
The candidate should be able to communicate ideas clearly in English.
This role involves close collaboration with product, marketing, and development teams to deliver high-quality designs across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop UI/UX design strategies, including wireframes, prototypes, user flows, storyboards, site maps, and interactive mockups.
Conduct user research and analysis through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather requirements and develop target personas.
Use design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping software like Figma and Framer.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to improve design processes.
Design user-friendly, pixel-perfect interfaces for mobile and web applications.
Utilize AI-powered design tools to enhance efficiency and creativity in design workflows.
Design marketing creatives such as social media banners, posts, and promotional visuals.
Perform photo editing and visual enhancements using Photoshop and Illustrator.
Create engaging visual content using Canva for quick and effective design solutions.
Edit videos for digital and social platforms using VN Editor and Adobe After Effects.
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate and consistent design implementation.
Communicate design concepts, ideas, and feedback clearly in professional English.

Required Qualifications

1+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
Solid understanding of UX principles, including user-centered design, information architecture, and interaction design.
Excellent visual design skills with strong attention to detail, layout, and typography.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to present ideas and gather stakeholder feedback effectively.
