Role Description

The Program Manager – Cohort Experience will be responsible for managing learner cohorts and ensuring a high-quality learning experience throughout the program lifecycle. This role involves close coordination with learners, instructors, and internal teams to drive engagement, track progress, and ensure successful program delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of learner cohorts, including onboarding, engagement, and completion
• Act as the primary point of contact for learners, addressing queries and providing timely support
• Coordinate with instructors and mentors to ensure smooth execution of live sessions
• Track learner attendance, progress, and engagement metrics; maintain accurate records and reports
• Drive learner engagement through regular communication, reminders, and community interactions
• Identify at-risk learners and take proactive steps to improve retention and completion rates
• Collect and analyze learner feedback to identify areas of improvement
• Collaborate with internal teams (content, product, operations) to enhance the overall learning experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• 0-1 year of experience in program or project management roles
