Job Description
- The Senior UI Designer will be responsible for designing high-impact digital experiences, combining strategic thinking, a user-centered approach, and visual excellence. This role requires the ability to work across all phases of the design process, from research and flow definition to the creation of high-fidelity interfaces, ensuring that each product is functional, accessible, visually appealing, and aligned with business objectives.Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products.
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written) for seamless communication with global teams.
- Strong knowledge of methodologies such as Design Thinking, Human-Centered Design, and Lean UX.
- Solid understanding of usability heuristics, digital accessibility (WCAG), and inclusive design.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma.
- Experience working with Design Systems.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
