Join Kumpanio, India's trusted community marketplace, and help create exceptional experiences for our users. You'll work closely with the founding team across customer success, marketplace operations, and trust & safety.

• Verify and approve user profiles
• Guide users through onboarding and their first booking
• Support customers via calls, WhatsApp, email, and chat
• Resolve booking, payment, and account-related queries
• Collect feedback and help improve the customer experience
  

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 0–1 year of professional experience (Freshers are encouraged to apply)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A customer-first mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup
