Role Description This full-time remote Travel Sales Consultant role is responsible for advising customers on travel options and designing itineraries that match their preferences and budget. Each day, the consultant will handle inquiries, provide destination and product recommendations, and manage bookings for flights, hotels, tours, and other travel arrangements. The role includes processing reservations, resolving customer issues, and ensuring an efficient and positive customer experience from initial contact through post-travel follow-up. The consultant will collaborate with internal teams and partners, maintain accurate records in booking systems, and meet sales and service performance targets.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to advise customers and oversee end-to-end trip planning.
- Must have minimum 4 yrs experience in GDS systems like Sabre and amadeus.
- Fluent in Punjabi and English
- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Arrangements and Reservations to coordinate bookings for transportation, accommodation, and activities.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to respond to inquiries, handle issues, and ensure high satisfaction.
- Relevant experience in travel sales, tourism, or hospitality, preferably with online booking platforms or travel agencies.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet sales and service goals.
- Comfort with digital tools, CRM systems, and reservation software; additional language skills are an advantage.
