Role Description The Senior Travel Sales Consultant is a full-time, hybrid role based in Noida, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The role involves advising customers on suitable travel packages, preparing customized itineraries, and handling end-to-end travel arrangements including reservations and bookings. The consultant will manage domestic and international travel inquiries, provide detailed information on destinations, and promote Tripzada Holiday’s tours and adventure packages. Daily activities include responding to customer queries, maintaining client relationships, following up on leads, and achieving sales targets. The role also requires coordinating with internal operations teams, ensuring accurate documentation, and monitoring customer satisfaction throughout the travel lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management, with the ability to design and recommend comprehensive travel solutions.
- Candidates should possess practical experience in Travel Arrangements and Reservations, including booking flights, accommodations, transport, and tour activities.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on clear communication, problem-solving, and post-trip support.
- Candidates should possess sales and negotiation abilities, with demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding travel sales targets.
- Candidates should possess good knowledge of domestic and international destinations, visa requirements, and basic travel regulations.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with travel booking platforms, CRM tools, and standard office software.
- Relevant experience in the travel or tourism industry, preferably in a senior or consulting role; a bachelor’s degree in business, tourism, hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment with cross-functional teams.
