Role Description The Travel Sales Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The consultant will engage with travel agents and direct clients to understand their requirements, propose customized Vietnam travel packages, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing itineraries and quotations, managing reservations and travel arrangements, coordinating with local suppliers in Vietnam, and ensuring accurate documentation. The role also involves maintaining strong client relationships, providing pre- and post-travel support, and meeting sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-up. Collaboration with internal teams to optimize packages and improve customer experience is a key aspect of the position.
Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to design and oversee customized itineraries and solutions.
  • Proficiency in handling Travel Arrangements and Reservations, including flights, hotels, transfers, and related services.
  • Demonstrated Customer Service abilities, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and client satisfaction.
  • Experience in travel sales or tourism, preferably with international destinations or MICE travel.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain partner and client relationships.
  • Comfort with technology platforms and CRM tools for managing bookings and tracking sales activities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of Vietnam as a destination and familiarity with the Indian outbound travel market is an advantage.
