Role Description

Albatrozz Journey is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Travel Sales Consultant for a full-time, onsite role based in Noida. The consultant will assist clients in planning and booking holiday packages, travel arrangements, and accommodations. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, providing expert travel advice, confirming reservations, and delivering outstanding customer service. The position also involves tailoring travel solutions to the clients' preferences and budgets while meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and creating customized itineraries
• Proficiency in handling Travel Arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation bookings
• Exceptional Customer Service skills with the ability to address client inquiries and resolve issues effectively
• Experience with Reservations and ticketing systems for domestic and international travel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in travel management software/tools is an advantage
• Prior experience in sales or the travel industry is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
