Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Travel Sales Consultant role based in Cuttack. The Travel Sales Consultant will advise customers on travel options, create customized itineraries, and handle end-to-end travel arrangements including flights, hotels, visas, and insurance. The role involves managing reservations in relevant booking systems, issuing tickets, and ensuring accuracy in all travel documentation. The consultant will respond to inquiries, provide service updates, and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction. Daily activities also include meeting sales targets, following up on leads, coordinating with internal teams and partner agencies, and staying updated on travel products, promotions, and policies.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Consulting and Travel Arrangements, with the ability to design tailored itineraries and recommend suitable travel products.
- Experience in Travel Management, including coordination of multi-sector trips, group travel, and end-to-end trip oversight.
- Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, clear communication, and issue resolution.
- Hands-on experience with Reservations systems and booking platforms, including ticketing and schedule changes.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets and cross-sell travel services and ancillaries.
- Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work under deadline pressure.
- Basic computer literacy; familiarity with GDS or similar travel booking tools is an advantage.
- Prior experience in travel agencies, tour operations, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Business, or a related field is beneficial.
