Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Travel Sales Consultant role based in Kochi. The Travel Sales Consultant will engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and requirements, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. Responsibilities include designing customized itineraries, preparing quotations, managing travel arrangements such as flights, hotels, and activities, and handling reservations and payment follow-ups. The role involves providing timely and accurate information on destinations, visas, and travel documentation, as well as resolving customer queries before, during, and after travel. The consultant will also collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth trip execution and contribute to achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to design, customize, and manage end-to-end holiday itineraries.
  • Proficiency in handling Travel Arrangements and Reservations, including flights, accommodations, transfers, and activities.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, build rapport, and manage expectations professionally.
  • Ability to use travel booking tools, CRMs, and basic office software; comfort working with online platforms and digital communication channels.
  • Prior experience in travel sales, tourism, or hospitality is preferred; familiarity with international destinations and visa processes is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive, target-oriented mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is beneficial, though relevant experience may also be considered.
