Manager- Digital marketing in Meta- FRESHER ( Flight Ticket )

Salary: 40,000-70,000 per month Plus Handsome Incentive

Team Lead- Sales ( PPC UK process )

Salary: 60,000-70,000 per month Plus Handsome Incentive

JD For Travel Sales:

Desired Skills and Experience:

*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is must

*Have passion for Sales and customer service is must

*Knowledge of Online booking of flights, hotels, etc. preferred but not a

 constraint

*Good knowledge of major international travel destinations preferred 

*Must have knowledge of world geography & airport preferred but not a

 constraint

*Candidates from travel / Airlines industry will be preferred

*Candidate must have working experience in PPC process

*GDS Experience is preferred (Amadeus, Galileo etc.)

*Must have their own conveyance for commuting to and from the workplace.

Responsibilities:

*Handling traveler queries and taking travel requirements

*Understand customer requirement and offer Flight/ packages accordingly

*Coordinating with operations team

*Handling operations/sales for outbound flight enquiries (Understanding 

   of UK destination is must

*Create bookings / reservations for customers, Prepare itineraries, Flight

   costing, customization of international / outbound flight packages

*Providing excellent customer service experiences - Taking care of any

   customer escalation post booking and helping with appropriate 

   resolution

*Responsible to ensure that the flight is operated smoothly.
