Travel Consultant - Operation (Immediate Joiner)

This position is responsible for providing advice and support to ensure the client compliance with destination knowledge & convincing power.  

**Note – Kindly apply when you have minimum 1-2 years of experience in travel industry (International Holiday Packages Department) & Job Location will be Delhi (Nehru Place) only

JOB DESCRIPTION –

• Need to make travel itineraries, understand the travel requirements and revert on the email. 
• Knowledge of International Destinations
• Have knowledge of International Travel Operation
• Sales and coordinates transportation, accommodations, insurance, tours and activities
• Advises clients regarding destinations, cultures, customs, weather and activities
• Collects payments, booking of travel arrangements and pays applicable fees.
• Handles travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancelations and refunds.
• Ability to negotiate effectively and maintains relationships with travel agents and tour vendors.
• Maintains accurate records of bookings, payments, transactions, phone calls and meetings.

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS –

• Strong sales and interpersonal skills
• Good verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to negotiate effectively
• Excellent knowledge of computer programs (Mail, MS Office, Google Map Etc.)
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Strong ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
• Working knowledge of international travel trends & Making Itinerary
