This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for an Inside Sales Executive. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, identifying and generating leads, counseling prospective students about educational programs, and converting inquiries into enrollments. You will work closely with potential learners, addressing their questions, understanding their career needs, and guiding them to select appropriate academic courses. Additionally, you will collaborate with the sales team to achieve organizational goals and maintain accurate records of interactions with clients.
- Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
- Outstanding Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed Sales targets
- Proficiency in identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions
- Good organizational and record-keeping abilities
- Goal-oriented mindset and ability to perform in fast-paced environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Relevant experience in EdTech or similar industry is a plus
