Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Malappuram or Thrissur for a Travel Consultant. The primary responsibilities include handling travel inquiries, managing travel arrangements, creating bespoke travel packages, and assisting customers with reservations and bookings. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service, ensuring smooth travel plans, and delivering updates about travel schedules and accommodations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and organizing seamless Travel Arrangements
• Strong skills in handling Customer Service and Reservations with a focus on client satisfaction
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Working knowledge of travel booking systems and platforms is a plus
• Prior experience in the travel and tourism sector is advantageous
• Fluency in multiple languages is preferred
• Degree in Travel and Tourism or a related field
