Job Summary
The Supply Chain Associate will manage end-to-end order fulfilment, inventory, and vendor coordination
while ensuring timely and accurate dispatches. The role involves resolving logistics issues, supporting
process improvements, and maintaining product quality. You will also track key operational metrics and
share insights to support efficient planning and decision-making.

The Supply Chain Associate will manage end-to-end order fulfilment, inventory, and vendor coordination
while ensuring timely and accurate dispatches. The role involves resolving logistics issues, supporting
process improvements, and maintaining product quality. You will also track key operational metrics and
share insights to support efficient planning and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date supply chain data across systems
- Track inventory, orders, shipments, and vendor records
- Generate regular reports to support planning and decision-making
- Inventory Management
- Monitor inventory levels to avoid stock-outs or overstocking
- Coordinate inventory reconciliations and cycle counts
- Support demand planning and replenishment activities
- Vendor Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendors
- Track vendor performance, timelines, and compliance
- Resolve issues related to pricing, quality, or delivery delays
- Order Fulfillment Accuracy
- Ensure orders are processed accurately and on time
- Minimize errors in picking, packing, and dispatch
- Track order status and address discrepancies proactively
- Shipment Delivery Adherence
- Monitor shipment schedules and delivery timelines
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery
- Escalate delays and support corrective actions
- Cross-Functional & Cross-Department Coordination
- Collaborate closely with procurement, warehouse, finance, and sales teams
- Ensure smooth information flow across departments
- Support issue resolution through effective internal coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, or a related
- 0.6–2 years in operations, supply chain, inventory management, or logistics—ideally within the
- Core Skills:
○ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
