Job Title: Assistant Manager Sales

Location: Bhubaneshwar    

Experience:  5-10 years' experience in construction chemicals/ cement Sales profile.

Industry: Construction Chemicals/ Cement/ Construction.

Objective of the Role

The primary objective of the role is to…

Handling Construction Chemicals like Waterproofing, Admixtures, Repairs, Flooring, Sealants, Concrete Adhesives.
Responsible for achieving targets.
Manage retain existing customers & building a new customer base.
Handled projects like Tunnels, HEP, Road and bridges.
Manage Channel Sales in territory.
Develop & train application contractor.
Meet with consultants, Architects, Builders, Contractors and developers.
Preparing and implementing sales/application and collection plan.
Continuously track competitor strategies and activities to understand market trends and alter action plans of the sector so as to leapfrog the market
Special Working Conditions:- Extensive travelling required, travelling to remote areas
Main interactions of the role:- Client management including Government bodies and approving agencies, Structural Engineers/ Architects along with applicator management etc...
Education Qualification: B Tech/ Diploma in Civil Engineering- Mandatory.
Reporting Manager: Cluster Manager
