Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Travel Consultant will design and manage customized travel itineraries for leisure and corporate clients, including flights, hotels, tours, cruises, and ground transport. Daily responsibilities include advising clients on destinations and travel options, preparing quotations, confirming reservations, and coordinating changes or cancellations as needed. The role also involves handling travel documentation, providing guidance on visas and insurance, and ensuring all arrangements align with client preferences and budget. The Travel Consultant will deliver high-quality customer service, respond to inquiries across channels, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to provide smooth, well-organized travel experiences.
Qualifications
  • Ability to provide comprehensive Travel Consulting and advisory support to diverse client profiles.
  • Skills in Travel Management, including itinerary planning, cost optimization, and vendor coordination.
  • Experience handling Travel Arrangements for flights, hotels, tours, cruises, and ground transport.
  • Strong Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and client satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in Reservations systems and tools, including booking platforms and basic GDS usage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present options clearly.
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with international and domestic travel regulations, visas, and travel insurance.
  • Previous experience in travel consulting, agency operations, or hospitality is preferred.
  • Diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is beneficial.
