Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant role based in Hyderabad. The Travel Consultant will advise clients on travel options, prepare customized itineraries, and manage end-to-end travel arrangements for leisure, corporate, group, and adventure trips. Daily responsibilities include handling inquiries, providing destination and product information, preparing quotations, and confirming reservations for flights, hotels, transfers, and tours. The role involves coordinating with suppliers, monitoring booking status, resolving travel-related issues, and ensuring accurate documentation and payments. The Travel Consultant will also maintain client relationships, deliver high-quality customer service, and support sustainable and responsible travel recommendations.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Travel Consulting, including understanding client needs, recommending suitable destinations, and tailoring travel packages.
• Candidates should possess skills in Travel Management and Travel Arrangements, including itinerary planning, logistics coordination, and handling bookings for flights, accommodation, and local transport.
• Candidates should possess skills in Customer Service and Reservations, including managing inquiries, processing bookings, and providing timely, courteous support before, during, and after travel.
• Relevant experience in the travel or tourism industry, ideally in a travel agency or tour operations environment, is highly beneficial.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with booking and reservation systems are required.
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, collaborate effectively with colleagues, and manage multiple client requests in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of popular domestic and international destinations and familiarity with sustainable travel practices are an advantage.
• A diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred.
