Travel Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend inbound calls, emails, and walk-ins for travel inquiries.
• Design customized travel packages for domestic & international destinations.
• Handle bookings through travel portals and vendor platforms.
• Manage end-to-end travel services including:
• Flight bookings
• Hotel accommodations
• Transfers
• Forex arrangements
• Travel insurance
• Ensure smooth coordination with vendors and clients for timely service delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations, visa policies, and destination-specific requirements.

Requirements:

• 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in a travel agency or tour operations.
• Proficient in using booking portals and travel management systems.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
• Knowledge of both leisure and corporate travel preferred.
