Job Description

  • Plan itinerary and costing
  • Attend to incoming calls and emails
  • Arrange and coordinate logistics arrangement
  • Liaise and communicate with passengers
  • Provide administrative and operations supports
  • Rotation weekends duties
  • Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages
  • Handle unforeseen problems and complaints and determine eligibility for money returns
  • Create and update electronic records of clients
  • Maintain relationships with key persons
  • Reach the revenue and profit targets
  • Handle reservation for hotels, restaurants, tours, packages, etc
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned by HOD
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College degree
  • At least 3-5 years experience in Local, Inbound, Domestic travel related operation gained from a travel agency
  • Customer driven, proactive and can work well even under pressure
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
