Job Description
- Plan itinerary and costing
- Attend to incoming calls and emails
- Arrange and coordinate logistics arrangement
- Liaise and communicate with passengers
- Provide administrative and operations supports
- Rotation weekends duties
- Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages
- Handle unforeseen problems and complaints and determine eligibility for money returns
- Create and update electronic records of clients
- Maintain relationships with key persons
- Reach the revenue and profit targets
- Handle reservation for hotels, restaurants, tours, packages, etc
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by HOD
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College degree
- At least 3-5 years experience in Local, Inbound, Domestic travel related operation gained from a travel agency
- Customer driven, proactive and can work well even under pressure
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
