Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Production Manager role based in Udaipur. The Production Manager will oversee daily production operations, manage team workflows, ensure project deadlines are met, and maintain quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, optimizing resource utilization, and ensuring compliance with safety and efficiency guidelines. The candidate will lead a team to ensure seamless operations, troubleshoot challenges, and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.

• Project management expertise, including workflow planning, resource allocation, and meeting deadlines.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards in the printing and branding industry.
• Problem-solving, decision-making, and the ability to work under pressure to meet clients' demands.
• Technical proficiency in tools and software related to printing and branding processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in the printing or branding industry is a strong advantage.
