Job Title: Genral Manager / Manager – Hotel Partnerships & Luxury Alliances

Location: Sector 125, Noida (Onsite)

Reports to: Founder / CEO

About the Role:

LuxeVenue.ai is disrupting the luxury MICE and event industry. We are looking for a high-energy, sophisticated, and results-driven professional to onboard 5-star hotels and luxury venues. This role involves selling our premium AI-integrated ecosystem (3D Walkthroughs, AI Budgeting, and Real-time Inventory) and building long-term strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Onboarding: Identify and onboard premium 5-star hotels (Taj, Oberoi, Marriott, ITC, etc.) onto the LuxeVenue.ai platform.
• High-Ticket Selling: Pitch and sell premium features like AI-led Budgeting, VR/3D visualization tools, and Luxe Escrow services to hotel management.
• Relationship Management: Build long-term alliances with GMs, Director of Sales, and Banquet Managers to ensure LuxeVenue gets exclusive inventory and rates.
• Negotiation: Handle complex negotiations regarding commissions, listing fees, and exclusive partnership terms.
• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on luxury hospitality trends to position LuxeVenue as the ultimate technology partner.
  

Who You Are (Requirements):

• Experience: 8–10 years in Hotel Sales, Luxury Brand Management, or B2B Corporate Sales (Experience in 5-star hotel sales is a huge plus).
• Communication: Exceptional English and Hindi communication skills. You must be able to hold a conversation with C-suite executives.
• Aesthetic Sense: Understanding of the luxury segment—you know the difference between "premium" and "ultra-luxury."
• Tech Savvy: Ability to explain AI and VR products to non-tech hotel staff.
• Hardworking: Comfortable with a 6-day work week and high-intensity startup environment.
