Job Description – Trainer

Location - Chikkasandra, Bengaluru, Karnataka

Job Type - Contractual – 6 Months

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and engaging trainer to conduct training sessions for students at an educational institution in Bengaluru. The training content and learning materials will be provided, and the trainer will primarily be responsible for effective delivery, learner engagement, and session facilitation.

The ideal candidate should be adaptable, confident in handling different training topics, and well-equipped to deliver interactive sessions across varied subject areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions in an engaging and interactive manner
• Facilitate classroom discussions, activities, and learner participation
• Understand and align with the provided training materials and delivery expectations
• Coordinate on session flow, activities, and learning approach with the internal team
• Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and effective classroom management
• Support a positive and collaborative learning environment

Training Details

• To join immediately
• Ongoing weekly engagement continuing till the end of September
• Duration: 2 hours per session
• Approximate monthly engagement: 16 hours per month
• Batch size: Approximately 20 students

Requirements

• Prior experience conducting classroom or workshop-based training sessions
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Ability to confidently deliver training across different topics and domains
• Comfortable working with pre-developed training content
• Good learner engagement and classroom management skills
• Trainers based in Bengaluru preferred, especially those located near Chikkasandra

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Freelance trainers, facilitators, visiting faculty, or learning professionals
• Candidates available for recurring weekly engagements over a 6-month contractual period
