A Day in the life -

Major business investments only create value when people adopt new ways of working. That's where this role comes in. We're looking for an Organization Development Consultant who enjoys driving lasting change, partnering with leaders, putting associates at the center of every transformation, and helping the business realize the full value of strategic initiatives. This role combines consulting, organization development, change management, facilitation, analytics, and leadership coaching. You'll partner with business leaders, project teams, and stakeholders across the organization to understand business goals, assess organizational impacts, develop practical change strategies, and measure whether change is delivering the intended results.

No two projects are exactly alike. One week you might be partnering with executives to shape the people strategy for a major transformation. The next you could be facilitating leadership sessions, analyzing stakeholder readiness, coaching leaders through organizational challenges, measuring adoption, or helping improve our enterprise approach to organizational change. You'll balance strategy with hands-on execution, ensuring employees have the tools, knowledge, and support they need to embrace change with confidence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building trusted relationships with leaders, influencing without authority, translating business strategy into people strategies, measuring adoption and business outcomes, and helping the organization realize the full value of its investments. If you're energized by asking thoughtful questions, connecting dots across the organization, influencing without authority, and helping leaders navigate complexity, we'd love to meet you.

What You Can Expect

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders across the organization by understanding business needs and tailoring approaches.
  • Design change, communication, engagement, learning, and adoption strategies and solutions to drive business results.
  • Facilitate workshops, leadership discussions, and decision-making sessions with audiences ranging from frontline associates to executive leadership.
  • Build leaders' capabilities to lead change effectively.
  • Measure outcomes and use data to improve adoption and business results.
  • Manage highly sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Help mature our organization's change management and organization development practices.
  • Partner across HR and the business to ensure strategic initiatives achieve lasting impact.
  • Join a collaborative team that values innovation, continuous improvement, and helping people succeed through change.

What Makes Someone Successful

The best consultants on our team...

  • Are naturally curious and like understanding how organizations work.
  • Ask thoughtful questions before proposing solutions.
  • Can analyze information, recognize patterns, and translate complexity into practical actions.
  • Influence decisions through credibility rather than authority.
  • Balance strategic thinking with execution.
  • Use data and observations to guide recommendations.
  • Continuously improve how we help the organization navigate change.
  • Build credibility through preparation, sound judgment, and follow-through.
  • Are approachable, thoughtful, and willing to challenge ideas respectfully when it helps achieve better outcomes.
  • Care deeply about both business outcomes and the associate experience.

Because ultimately, successful change isn't measured by communications sent or training delivered. It's measured by whether our people adopt new ways of working and whether the organization realizes the value of its investments. If you're passionate about driving change and creating positive associate experiences, you'll find meaningful opportunities to make an impact on our team.
