💼 Role: Trainer and Support Executive

What You'll Do:Client Support

Act as first and second-line support for accounting software queries across email, phone, and

video call

Diagnose and resolve software issues, reconciliation queries, bank feed problems, and

integration errors

Escalate complex technical issues appropriately while keeping clients informed throughout
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions in the CRM system

Customer Success

Build lasting relationships with UK clients, acting as a trusted advisor on accounting software

best practice

Proactively identify clients who may benefit from additional training or product features
Gather and communicate client feedback to the product and management teams
Contribute to client satisfaction targets, retention, and NPS scores

Training & Onboarding

Deliver engaging one-to-one and group training sessions for clients on Nomi, CRM, Pricing

Tool and related tools

Design and maintain training materials, video guides, quick-reference sheets, and FAQs

tailored to client needs

Onboard new clients to Nomi, ensuring a smooth transition and confident adoption
Conduct follow-up sessions to reinforce learning and address evolving client requirements
