Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Leadership Role based in Gurgaon. The responsibilities include overseeing strategic planning and execution, managing and motivating a dynamic team of real estate professionals, and driving business growth by achieving sales and investment targets. The individual will work closely with senior management, contribute to building partnerships with developers, ensure customer satisfaction, and lead initiatives to expand the company's market presence.

• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
• Solid experience in strategic planning, business development, and relationship management
• Proficiency in negotiations, client management, and delivering high customer satisfaction
• Knowledge of real estate markets, trends, and property portfolio management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and influence
• Proven ability to meet and exceed financial and operational targets
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related fields; advanced coursework or certifications in management are a plus
