Job Description

We are looking for SAP FI/CO/PS Trainee with relevant experience of 0-1 year or is SAP Certified, preferably with a bachelor’s or master’s degree from Finance / Controlling background. The SAP FI/CO/PS Trainee is part of the SAP AMS team that ensures business applications run successfully and are error free.

Your Responsibilities Are

• Handling tickets (INC/SR/PRB) as per guidelines
• Must gain the knowledge about SAP FI/CO/PS, VIM, Travel modules
• Knowledge on S4 HANA Finance functionality
• Must provide necessary support to colleagues during critical support situations
• Must review all internal process documents
• Must adhere to defined company policies, values and code of conduct
• Must follow way of working that complies with audit requirements
• Must work in various shifts for timely support to customers whenever needed.
• Good to build effective communication and rapport with all stakeholders
• Good to contribute in continuous improvement ideas for improving efficiency of team
• Good to take initiatives in learning opportunities along with SAP Skills as well as in other extracurricular activities.
• Awareness of ISO 14001 and 45001 standards
  
  

The role is based in our office in SP Infocity, Pune – but it goes without saying that the remote & hybrid working is a part of our modern ways of working.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Commerce / Finance from a reputed university.
  
  

Experience

• Minimum 0–1 years of SAP FI/CO/PS experience in manufacturing along with global exposure.
  
  

Technical Skills

• Good to have basic working experience on SAP system as End User / Key User
• Good to have certification in SAP
  
  

Soft Skills

• Should have good communication and presentation skills
• Should have excellent inter-personnel skills
• Should have ability to work independently and in team environment as per situation
• Should have customer service mindset to ensure SAP end-user satisfaction
• Nice to have experience in interacting with global stakeholders
  
  

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Commerce / Finance from a reputed university
