About the Role

We are looking for a skilled L2 Engineer with strong experience in AWS infrastructure and automation. In this role, you will support, maintain, and optimize cloud environments, automation workflows, and deployment pipelines. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure stable, secure, and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provision, configure, and manage AWS Workspaces and EC2 instances
  • Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot AWS infrastructure
  • Manage AWS S3 buckets for storage, access control, and backups
  • Support and administer AWS networking components
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
  • Support automation initiatives using UiPath
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure timely communication
  • Handle additional operational tasks such as:
    • Box user and access management
    • Microsoft 365 (M365) admin console support
    • Service account creation and management
    • Azure AD group management
    • Network drive access and support
Required Qualifications

  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services and environments
  • Working knowledge of AWS DevOps practices
  • Experience with CI/CD tools, especially Jenkins
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
