About the Role
As a Trainee Manager, you’ll learn the fundamentals of people management, performance, and customer relationship development while supporting the wider team.
You’ll gain hands-on experience working directly with customers, handling enquiries, supporting live campaigns, and contributing to daily operations.
Through structured training, mentoring, and real responsibility, you’ll develop the skills and confidence needed to progress into a management position within Bunset & Co.
Key Responsibilities
- Support campaign delivery and customer acquisition activities
- Manage consumer accounts and build strong client relationships
- Assist with enquiries and maintain accurate, up-to-date client records
- Engage with customers in-person in a professional and confident manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Contribute to management targets, performance goals, and business growth
- Participate in training sessions and actively develop commercial and leadership skills
