Impressico Business Solutions is seeking highly motivated candidates to join our technical team. We are currently hiring for two profiles: Data Engineering (DE) and GenAI / Python Full Stack, where selected candidates will contribute to building AI-driven applications, data science models, and enterprise web solutions.

Target Roles

• Intern: Final-year students graduating in mid-2026, who may be converted to Trainee Engineers upon successful completion of the internship
• Trainee Engineer: Candidates who have completed the graduation in 2024 or 2025 or 2026.
  
  

Internship Details

• Stipend: ₹15,000 per month during the internship (final semester)
  
  

Conversion To Full-Time Job

• Interns who successfully complete the internship may be converted to a full-time position of Trainee Engineer with Annual CTC for the full-time position: ₹4,00,000 per year.
  
  

Requirements For Full-Time Conversion

• Clearance of final exams with a CGPA of 65% or above. Internship will be converted to Trainee Engineer immediately once result or degree is available
• The degree must be available on or before July 26.
  
  

Educational Qualification

• B.Tech in Computer Science / IT / Data Science / Artificial Intelligence or equivalent
• MCA or any equivalent degree
• B.Sc. (Hons.) in Computer Science
• Minimum 65% or above CGPA required.
  
  

Mandatory Core Skills (Applicable To Both Profiles)

• Strong in Python Programming skills, all core concepts & knowledge of FastAPI or Django, or Flask.
• strong SQL Fundamentals
• Python file APIs (e.g., json, csv modules) and the open() function to read, write, and process different data formats.
• Core Computer Science Concepts- Data Structures, Algorithms & Design Patterns
• Practical Project Experience in DE and/or ML and/or GenAI or all, pl. share project details (if applying for both share 2 separate DE and ML/GenAI projects)
• DevOps & Tools- GIT, Github actions, Pytest, Docker
  
  

Roles And Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AI-driven applications, data pipelines, and web-based solutions using Python and relevant frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
• Work with databases and SQL to manage, analyze, and retrieve data efficiently for data science models and enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, test, and deploy scalable solutions, while following best coding practices and version control using Git.
• Contribute to project development and testing, including API testing, debugging, and containerization using tools such as Postman, Pytest, and Docker.
