Trainee Design Engineer

This is a full-time on-site role for a Trainee Design Engineer located in Pune City. The Trainee Design Engineer will be responsible for developing CAD designs, assisting with drafting tasks, creating technical drawings, and collaborating with senior engineers to execute project requirements. The role involves analyzing project specifications, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining timely delivery of tasks as per client requirements while adhering to industry standards.

• Proficiency in CAD software, with a focus on 2D drafting and 3D modeling
• Strong technical skills in design, drafting, and interpreting engineering drawings
• Basic knowledge in Mechanical, Civil, or Architectural Engineering processes
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team and communicate ideas clearly
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work
• Willingness to undergo training and adapt to new industry tools and technologies
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Architecture, or a related engineering discipline
• Prior internship experience in CAD drafting or engineering design is a plus
