This is a full-time, on-site role in Mumbai for a Liaison Head. The Liaison Head will oversee and manage relationships between the company and government authorities, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and facilitate smooth communication and coordination for approvals. Responsibilities include managing documentation, monitoring regulatory updates, resolving compliance issues, and representing the organization in official matters. The individual will also work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met effectively.

• Expertise in regulatory compliance, government processes, and dealing with municipal and legal authorities
• Proficiency in documentation management, including filing and tracking of approvals
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for dealing with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
• Knowledge of real estate laws and practices in India, especially in Mumbai
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Urban Planning, or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry
