Job Title: Telesales (Fresher's)
π Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of financial products to new and existing clients over the phone. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of financial services, and a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals.
π Key Responsibilities
β’ Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided lead lists.
β’ Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
β’ Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
β’ Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints in a professional and confident manner.
β’ Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and improve overall sales performance.
β’ Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor products.
π Qualifications
β’ Minimum 12th pass or Graduation.
π Experience
β’ Maximum 1 year experience required/ Fresher can also apply .
