Trade Marketing Designer

Position Title - Trade Marketing Designer

Location - Bangalore

Qualification - Degree In Design or Arts with 4+ years of experience in creative design & strong knowledge in MS office and familiarity with SAP will be added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Design & Develop Channel X State wise PICOS, Planogram and adaptations creative support to internal customers
• Develop & execute design concepts for:
• Packaging, POS materials (Banner, Poster etc), marketing campaigns.
• Create engaging visuals for social media, digital advertising, and website.
• Design collateral (banners, posters, etc), merchandise (T-shirts, glassware, etc)
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software
• Build & Maintain Toolkits and Promo Mechanics Design in collaboration with TM, Marketing and Design Agencies.
• Study design briefs & determine requirements & conceptualize visuals based on need and prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Stay updated on design trends, industry developments, and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product) to ensure brand consistency.
• Coordinate with supplier & sales team for equipment movement
• Handling backend system of procurement for shopper & trademarking teams
• Strong coordination with Regional Teams to process AR/PO and Monthly maintenance of the records for TM Spends as per Buckets as per SOP.
