The Team You Will Be a Part Of

The Channel Sales (Commission) team is responsible for selling products and services to a wide range of highly complex or major accounts and customers and execution of sales plans, targets and budgets within the overall regional and business unit sales strategy. Accountable for increasing sales/client ratio and expanding customer base.

This Role In Summary

  • Responsible for delivering targeted volume of primary and secondary of defined territory/channel/trade.
  • Responsible for handling and driving retail executives to drive sell out in counters, responsible for buildingand maintaining good relationships with key stakeholders at partner level.
  • Responsible for account reconciliation and process implementation, responsible for product placement anddisplay adherence, responsible for driving right mix at counters and monitor competitionproduct/pricing/placement etc

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching and reaching out to potential clients in the B2B industry
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients,trade partners and provide exceptional customer service to ensure repeat business and referrals in the form of funnel Expansion
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques
  • Understand clients' needs and tailor proposals and presentations to meet those needs
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure a win-win situation
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and market conditions to provide strategic input on sales and marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product category, and operations, commercial team to ensure smooth execution of business.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including customer interactions and sales contracts
  • Attend industry conferences and events to network and generate new business opportunities
  • Should be able to drive CPC & GEM business with our multiple ORC/ GEM Trade Partners

Minimum Requirements

  • MBA from a reputed institute
  • Proven track record of sales success, preferably 5+ years in B2B sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients & Whirlpool Trade Partners at all levels.

Preferred Skills And Experiences

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets and goals
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in excel, Word , PPT.
  • Meeting End clients and open to travel for respective assigned locations.
