Job Description

  • Oversee and manage the production process within the furniture manufacturing team, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met.
  • Utilize knowledge of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to improve manufacturing processes and minimize downtime.
  • Responsible for inventory management, including tracking materials and supplies to maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.
  • Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Lead and mentor team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Mechanical, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in production management, preferably in the furniture manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and inventory management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
