Your impact

We are seeking a visionary and technically skilled head for our Digital Hub in India to lead the development and execution of cutting-edge digital solutions that drive business transformation. This role will oversee multi-disciplinary teams of engineers, data scientists, product managers, and UX designers, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Management
• Build and mentor a high-performing technical team across software engineering, data analytics, AI and product design
• Promote agile methodologies to continuous delivery practices
• Innovation, Solution Delivery & Value Creation
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships and technical partnerships
• Monitor KPIs and ensure delivery of high-impact digital initiatives on time and within scope
• Drive rapid prototyping, MVP development and iterative product releases and solutions
• Champion user-centric design and data-driven decision making
• Ensure on-time, on-scope and on-budget delivery of high-impact digital initiatives being delivered from the D&D Asia operation
• Technical Authority & Future-Ready Architecture
• Lead architecture and development of scalable digital platforms and cloud-native applications
• Ensure best practices in software engineering, DevOps, cybersecurity and data governance
• Oversee integration of emerging technologies (AI/ML, automation, advanced analytics, digital twins etc) into enterprise solutions
• Strategic Leadership
• Partner with senior leadership to identify new digital opportunities, shape regional growth plays and drive transformation internally with all Operating Units and externally with clients
• Influence global Digital & Data strategies to ensure regional needs, innovations and opportunities are represented
  
  
  

Here's what you'll need

Required Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Digital Strategy or related field
• Extensive experience in digital product development, software engineering or technology leadership preferred
• Proven success in leading large-scale digital initiatives including modernization of legacy systems and integration of advanced digital solutions Deep understanding of modern tech stacks (e.g. JavaScript, Python and cloud platforms like AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, microservices, and API management
• Experience with data platforms, AI/ML frameworks and cybersecurity principles
• Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to influence executive stakeholders
