Job Description

This is a remote position.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Web Developer with experience in building high-converting landing pages for PPC campaigns. You will work closely with our marketing team to create pages that align with ad intent and maximize conversions.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain responsive company websites and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to implement new features and improvements.
  • Optimize website speed, SEO, and user experience for both desktop and mobile.
  • Troubleshoot website issues, debug code, and ensure smooth functionality across browsers and devices.
  • Integrate third-party tools such as CRM systems, analytics, and tracking platforms.
  • Manage website hosting, domains, and backups.
  • Ensure security best practices and maintain site integrity.
  • Stay current with emerging web technologies and propose updates when beneficial.
  • Support the marketing team with technical implementations for PPC, tracking, and lead capture forms.

Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in web development.
  • Proven experience with PPC landing pages (required).
  • Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress.
  • Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and GA4.
  • Experience with page speed optimization and mobile-first design.
  • Must be available to work shifts aligned with Pacific Standard Time (PST).

  • This is a full-time remote position, requiring a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
