Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Event Sales Executive role located in Delhi, OH. The Event Sales Executive will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads, managing client relationships, and ensuring event sales targets are met. Responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their event needs, creating tailored event proposals, coordinating with the event planning team, and maintaining follow-ups for customer satisfaction before and after events. The ideal candidate will contribute to the growth of Mehfil Makers through excellent communication, negotiation, and sales strategies while upholding the company's commitment to memorable and stress-free celebrations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills
• Sales negotiation, lead generation, and ability to close deals
• Knowledge of event planning processes including vendor coordination and on-site execution
• Proficiency in using CRM platforms and basic computer applications
• Organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail for planning and execution
• Prior experience in event planning, hospitality, or sales is highly desirable
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is an advantage
