With a focus on Procure to Pay-Payroll Finance & Accounting you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate payroll management and compliance. This office-based role requires night shifts offering an opportunity to collaborate with global teams and drive impactful results.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee payroll operations using Workday HCM to ensure timely and accurate processing of employee salaries and benefits.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize payroll processes and enhance system functionalities.
  • Implement strategies to improve payroll accuracy and compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Analyze payroll data to identify trends and areas for improvement providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with the finance department to ensure seamless integration of payroll data into financial reporting systems.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for payroll processes ensuring clarity and accessibility for team members.
  • Provide training and support to team members on payroll systems and procedures fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Monitor and evaluate payroll system performance recommending enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Ensure compliance with international payroll regulations adapting processes to meet diverse legal requirements.
  • Lead initiatives to automate payroll processes reducing manual tasks and increasing productivity.
  • Collaborate with HR to align payroll operations with broader organizational goals and employee satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular audits of payroll data to ensure accuracy and integrity addressing discrepancies promptly.
  • Engage with external vendors to manage payroll-related services and contracts effectively.
