T24 PMO (Permanent) - India

As a T24 PMO, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex core banking initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals, regulatory requirements, and operational excellence within a financial services environment.

What You’ll Do and How You’ll Succeed

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of Core Banking system projects, ensuring outcomes align with business objectives and regulatory expectations
• Define clear project scope, objectives, and deliverables in close collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop and maintain structured project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure timely and efficient delivery
• Drive project ceremonies and ensure adherence to the selected methodology, whether Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid, with Scrum Master practices as an advantage
• Monitor project progress proactively, identify risks early, and implement effective mitigation strategies
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, QA, and infrastructure to ensure seamless execution
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee third-party service delivery to maintain quality and accountability
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security standards, and audit requirements throughout the project lifecycle
• Prepare and deliver regular, structured status updates to senior management and key stakeholders
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing and support smooth production deployment of core banking systems
• Manage project budgets with strong financial oversight, ensuring cost control and accountability
• Utilise JIRA and Confluence to maintain transparency in tracking, documentation, and collaboration
• Consolidate project information and centralise documentation to enable informed stakeholder decision-making

We’d Love to Hear From You If…

Experience

• You have at least 10 years of IT project management experience, including a minimum of 3 years in Financial Services
• You have managed large-scale, complex IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, or implementations
• You have hands-on experience in expense management, including run-rate tracking, costing, and resource planning

Technical Expertise

• You have a strong understanding of Core Banking systems, regulatory compliance, and risk management
• You are proficient in JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and collaboration
• You are skilled in work breakdown structures, Excel data analysis, and presenting insights clearly using PowerPoint
• You hold professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent; Scrum Master certification is advantageous
• You have exposure to Core Banking platforms such as Temenos T24, Finacle, or Flexcube is advantageous
• You are familiar with SDLC and Agile methodologies
• You have knowledge of functional domains such as Payments or Loans, or technical areas such as architecture design or Java coding is advantageous
• You have awareness of cybersecurity and data privacy standards within banking environments is advantageous
