FinOps Associate

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and execution-driven FinOps professional to own and streamline our financial operations across banking, OTC trading, reconciliations, and institutional onboarding. This role sits at the intersection of finance and operations in a fast-scaling fintech environment.

• OTC Operations

1. Actively support day-to-day OTC operations, including trade confirmations, reporting, and issue resolution
2. Track and reconcile OTC trades in real-time, ensuring all entries are updated and reflected correctly
3. Prepare and maintain daily trade reports, ledgers, and transaction records with high accuracy

• Onboarding (KYB)

1. Initiate and manage new client onboarding workflows
2. Review KYB documentation and coordinate with compliance for approvals
3. Ensure timely sharing of required documents with OTC clients and internal teams

• Banking & Setup

1. Manage bank account openings, documentation, and ongoing coordination with banking partners
   

• 1–3 years of experience in finance operations/fintech/payments
• Strong understanding of reconciliation, reporting, and financial workflows
• Familiarity with KYB/KYC processes and documentation
• High ownership, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with banks, payment partners, or crypto platforms is a plus
