Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Florence, KY, for a Therapeutic Preschool Teacher. The role involves the planning and implementation of developmentally appropriate lessons, creating engaging curriculum activities, and fostering a positive learning environment. The teacher will work closely with young children to cultivate their social, emotional, and cognitive skills while maintaining open communication with families about the progress of their child. Collaboration with team members to ensure a therapeutic and inclusive learning setting is a key component of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development for early childhood education
• Solid foundation in Early Childhood Education and Kindergarten teaching practices
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with families and team members
• Ability to create an inclusive, engaging learning environment
• Experience in a therapeutic or special education setting is a plus
• Relevant certifications or a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
